Golden Globe.....Underway!

So, as it turns out Golden Globe is very close and I'm here to cover you for it. When it starts I'll use my Twitter Account to Post you updates about who won or what.
So I'll be here and doing a nice cover for it. Be sure of that.

The Golden Globe honors not only movie but also TV and The Hollywood Foreign Press seems to have a close relationship with Oscars since whatever they choose is a good bet it'll win in Oscars too. And this time it is hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. And this time the Lincoln has the most Nominations and is sure to win quite a lot. And Les Mis is also hoping for some while TV-Wise it's a shame that Sherlock wasn't nominated for more but I'm sure Benedict can win and must win while the amazing Homeland is here to sweep. And in comedy...I'm certain Modern Family will win. Again. Let's hope for an awesome Golden Globe this year like the last. Too bad Iran didn't send anything for the Foreign Language. I KNOW that "Ye Habe Ghand" (Eng: A small sugar) could have one. But well they didn't. Anyway...

....Be sure that I'm here and will cover it for you. And this is my Twitter Account: My Twitter Account (Don't worry it opens a new window.) so you guys can follow the latest.

And the Golden Globe goes to......
There you have it. My Twitter and yours truly to Cover you for it. :D

Christopher Nolan Rewriting ‘Interstellar’ to Incorporate his Original Idea

No, really? So it's official. Nolan's new movie is Interstellar. But what is Interstellar?
"Screw you Oscars. I'm gonna make you give me all prize there is with INTERSTELLAR!"

A sci-fi movie inspired by the theories of Caltech Astrophysicist Kip Thorn which includes Wormholes (Time Travel) and now Chris Nolan's own idea which may mean awesome character. Whatever this movie is it's sure to be a hit.

And interestingly enough Time Travel and Wormholes are gonna blow your mind more than even Inception. Why? Because there could be Alternate Dimensions or Alternate Realities. Even more confusing that Looper. This movie clearly is Oscar material poised to F*** our minds and yet we love it.
Anyway some explanation by MTV.com:

Wormholes
We start with a term that most sci-fi fans are at least vaguely familiar with, and Thorne (along with "Contact" author Carl Sagan) is the reason. Wormholes, also known as Einstein-Rosen Bridges, are theoretical shortcuts through space. By entering a wormhole, you could in theory cover enormous distances with minimal effort. The most recent cinematic Einstein-Rosen Bridge allowed Thor to travel from Asgard in a matter of seconds.

In terms of what a wormhole might mean for "Interstellar," the secret could lie in the title. "Interstellar" literally means "located, taking place or traveling among the stars." If our heroes are going to travel among stars, a wormhole may be the only realistic mode of transportation, unless it's a really, really long movie. Nolan would have to employ some serious fiction for this science, since wormholes are still hypothetical at this point and certainly not under our control.

Time Travel
So wormholes are cool, but where does Thorne come in? The concept that Thorne explored when it comes to wormholes incorporated elements of Einstein's theory of relativity and the so-called "twins paradox," where a man travels the universe at the speed of light for a short period time and returns to Earth to find thousands of years have passed. As Thorne explains in his fantastic article "Is time travel allowed?," if that man takes one end of a wormhole with him in his ship, he can create a time machine.

Let's say two brothers — Christian Bale and Joseph Gordon-Levitt for our purposes — both have wormholes that are connected to each other. When you enter the wormhole in Gordon-Levitt's house and walk a short distance, you end up in Bale's spaceship, which actually sits many miles away. After Bale takes his spaceship and his wormhole on that same trip around the universe and returns home, the wormholes have aged in the same manner that their owners have in the previous example, and you have yourself a time machine. Moving from Bale's to Gordon-Levitt's wormhole pushes you forward in time, while going in the opposite direction takes you backward.
With this idea, Nolan can essentially do anything. Just as the mechanics of entering someone's dream in "Inception" opened up creative doors, controlling interspace time travel is a subject waiting for the Nolan treatment. Considering the director's love for family issues, don't be surprised if the twins paradox finds some kind of literal Nolanian interpretation. You can hear the "Inception" horns already, can't you?

Alternate Dimensions
Here's where things get really interesting: The physicists who have studied wormhole time travel and the theory in general disagree on whether a time paradox is possible — you know, the kind Doc Brown in "Back to the Future" kept raving about. What happens if you go back in time and accidentally prevent your own birth? It's this question that divides theoretical physicists and sci-fi movies.
Thorne, like Stephen Hawking, doesn't believe time travel is possible under the laws of physics, but there are some who have found reasoning to believe that any tampering with chronology wouldn't cause time to collapse in on itself, but rather cause the creation of an infinite number of alternate timelines, where whatever happened in your past doesn't matter and anything is changeable. Can you see where this is going?BRAAAAHM
Even at an elementary level of explaining Thorne's theories, the concepts seem rife for a sci-fi take from Christopher Nolan, especially when you start to consider what he did with dreams and "Inception." We'll have to wait and see what (if anything) becomes of "Interstellar," but until then, if you're looking for more of Thorne's work, his most famous book "Black Holes and Time Warps" is a great place to start.

It was said previously that he might do it but when he actually decides to input his own ideas means he likes it and is ready to go. However it's pretty clear that he will make an awesome script and maybe...hmm...this is just theory but I think the reason he decided to direct was....

Jonathan Nolan (JN): "Hey bro...have you read my script? It's awesome. Wanna direct it?"
Chris Nolan (CN): "Hmmm, yea I'll think about it. (NOT)"
Tomorrow....
JN: "Hey bro your movie got Totally Rejected for even a shit."
CN: " What??? Are you kidding me? That's it...time to go for a comeback"
A little later....
CN: "Hey....where's that AWESOME script of yours?"
JN: "Why?"
CN: "Time to destroy the academy with my ideas. This movie is gonna be Interstellar!!!!"
JN: "Ok"

So that is what happened basically. But be sure it will be an awesome movie. And it seems the movie is perfect for him because of his visions and style. But a serious question....who's gonna be the Cinematographer? Wally Pfister is gone. But I'm sure he will be awesome as always. No doubt there....let's hope Interstellar will be IMAX 3D at least.

Galaxy SIV: What should we expect from it?

I'm sure everyone knows of Samsung's Galaxy Series by now, and have been a huge fan ever since it came out. In fact I own all Galaxy Phones (S, S II, S III) quite a big fan. So...the fourth one is under way and there are some facts where it's a safe bet it will be in it. But what? Let's look:

Truly....Next is what?
CPU and GPU: As shown in the CES the amazing 8-Core Exynos 5 Octa could very well be used in S IV and Note III, the chipset shown by Samsung is simply amazing and NO DOUBT that it will be used in the Flagship. If this is the deal....then damn...first 8-Core Smartphone. Apple will drool on the floor. Bet you're excited for it now huh? The new chip is based on ARM's big.LITTLE structure and promises upto 70% lower power consumption compared to Exynos 5 Dual which currently powers Google Nexus 10 and it could possess twice the 3D power of Exynos 4 Quad which powers Galaxy S III and Note II.
And definitely 2 GB RAM.

Display: Obviously.....Full HD display and the size? Well some say 4.9 (a little bump from Galaxy S III) which helps it remain in the smartphone division instead of Phablet which Samsung itself created. So far may seem difficult because every 1080 Display is 5" at least. But the quality? That where it gets interesting. Samsung WILL use Flexible OLED Display without any doubt which may be used as shown in CES and notification section for when in case. I'm pretty sure they find a good use for it. And since it's OLED the quality will certainly be outstanding. Maybe 450 ppi. Not sure but seems possible. Awesome FLEXIBLE.

Camera: Well, there's not much to say here but it's a safe bet that it WILL be 13 Mega-Pixels. If they go for 8 again I'll be soooo disappointed. 12 is good too. Just more than 8. And obviously the secondary camera will be able to shoot 1080 video.

Extra: I'm sure S-Pen can make an appearance and it will be pretty awesome to see it. I mean come on...please fix it in. Or at least include it...I'd rather hold it in my hand.
The next extra could be Samsung's own tricks for the flexible Display. Or the Nature UX (Previously TouchWiz 5.0) and prepare to be surprised. And let's hope S Voice is improved along other S Apps.
And oh....there will be a 64 GB version. It should be...and if rumours are to be believed maybe even 128 GB.

Body: There's no way we can guess the body's shape or design but there will be a home button and all plastic....but Samsung pleaseee....for the sake of rivalry make it Aluminium. But we can be sure it will be Water-Resistant and Dust-Resistant. As others are. And the feel of it? Samsung has proved over the years that it's phone despite being plastic are good in feel.

Overall: Can it surpass Galaxy S III? I'm pretty sure it can. All these qualities are what makes Samsung unique and I'm confident that it will be awesome as hell. No doubt there. With Android 4.2 it will be magic.
Can it surpass Galaxy S III's Sales? Damn right it can. Samsung is now officially the god of smartphones and with the hype it creates...it will be monster seller.

One question: What's I9500X?
Yea that's my question too. But there's my theory since in previous leaks the Tizan running phone was called I9500 I can assume two things:
1. The X is what differentiates Galaxy S IV from Tizen phone. They both may be I9500.
2. Or...the X is for Smartphones that have same specs as Flagship but have an X to say Tizen. Like Galaxy S IV is called I9600 and Tizen I9500X just to be an indication like N in Note family.

Should we be excited?
Definitely, it will be awesome. Just look at this specs and tell me you won't be excited.

Galaxy S IV (I9500)

CPU:
8-Core Exynos 5 Octa Clocked at 1.5 Ghz
Display: 1080 Flexible OLED (450 ppi)
OS: Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) Nature UX
Camera: 13 Mega-Pixel
Secondary Camera: 2 Mega-Pixel capable of shooting 1080 Videos.
Extras: S Voice, S Note, S Memo, S Planner, S Pen, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, Water and Dust Resistant.

So, there you have it....what we can expect from S III, hope it turns just about right. Until then....speculate.
God I hope I can attend the unveiling.

Oscar 2013 Nominations Announced....Major Disappointment

Not that major except for fans of Christopher Nolan and Batman. Honestly this year's Nominations was so stupid...premeditated and preplanned. I mean COME ON! Sherlock or Sherlock?

"You think you're safe Robert? YOU ARE NOT!"
By now I'm sure everyone knows about the Sherlock Holmes played by Robert Downey Jr. and the one by Benedict Cumberbatch (I don't mention the stupid Elementary) and I'm sure it has crossed the minds of many of you that which one is better? Well don't look further...the answer is here.

So, at first I love RDJ's Sherlock he was awesome even though I felt there was no accent he was truly fascinating as a new and awesome Sherlock. He was calm, wise, kinda crazy and truly fun to watch. But in the sequel...the whole building came down. He wasn't the same Sherlock he was an Action Hero. No more deduction and when there was, it didn't feel the same. He lost it. He truly wan magnificent. But that was the past.
Now watch out here comes Benedict Cumberbatch (BC) that clearly rules the character...he is unique he is awesome he IS a detective and truly magnificent. He acts the role in an awesome way that no one ever can. He has become his own Sherlock and through the Second Season....he just makes us love him more. BTW, his appearance and other stuff apart....his Voice....Dat Voice. Damn, no wonder he's getting such awesome roles as villains.
Round 1: Benedict - Sherlock

But let's look at their companions. John Watson. Now Jude Law is a very good John Watson...close to the character and most importantly...useful. His Medical Expertise come in handy and he has become a good detective himself and quite a fun character which in the sequel he remained one and improved himself.
But Martin Freeman's version, God he is totally useless. Not intelligent not medical expert and only....ONLY as a sidekick. But that punishment comes mainly of Sherlock himself who always ridicules him and doesn't allow him to be a good character that he is...he doesn't even allow him to be a DOCTOR. But he is a good shooter I grant you that. Better than Jude Law. But....he loses this round
Round 2: Jude Law - Sherlock Holmes

Now, the main Villain. Proffesor James Moriarty. The Moriarty seen in the first Sherlock movie was fascinating and awesome....specially the voice but the sequel? He looked nothing like the first one...which was threatening and fearsome. And maybe intelligent to challenge Holmes to actually fake his death, but couldn't he himself have survived? Maybe...but not that challenging.
Now the Sherlock version. I gotta say I loved him. He plays with you all along he makes you fear who he is and then he appears...a Crazy Guy who is totally loveable because he is played awesome. He challenges Sherlock in every way possible. Especially the end where he supposedly kills himself and makes Sherlock fake his death in a manner we cannot know. He was magnificent...he was THE villain.
They both challenged Sherlock in a game of chess....Life and Death....but eventually Andrew Scott's version was more awesome.
Round 3: Andrew Scott - Sherlock

Now....Supporting Characters. In both we see Irene Adler but seriously I don't like Sherlock's Adler. She literally is a SLUT. But the Sherlock Holmes version is beautiful and just as the Books...truly enticing.
Mycroft Holmes in the Sequel to the movie is not interesting at all. He has nothing so he can't go head to head with the Awesome Sherlock version who makes us love him.
The great point of Sherlock is that it focuses on the Supporting Characters just as it does on Sherlock himself. That's what made this great.
Round 4: Sherlock

Now, the cases. The first Sherlock movie had an awesome case and a total head scratcher but the sequel? Was there even a case? But the Sherlock had awesome cases truly unique and awesome a complete head burster. I loved every single one of them. And most importantly...how did Sherlock survive?
Round 5: Sherlock

So overall winner is.......SHERLOCK!!!!! The TV Series. Can't wait for season 3. Love this character.
So there you have it....Benedict and Co. won and seems the best Sherlock is his version. He is magnificent.

Star Wars VII: The Quest For A Director

Seriously, NO ONE is willing to direct this damn series...and why? Why should they? What's the point?

You know, ever since the Prequel Trilogy came I hated Star Wars....terrible acting stupid plot...the third one was nice...but only ONLY because of Darth Vader. The Main Trilogy (IV-V-VI) was soooo beautiful so masterful, so sleek. Why? Because it wasn't directed by George Lucas (Except for the 4th one) but I loved it and I believed George himself ruined this series by a lousy Prequel Trilogy and truly stupid decisions. But anyway....time for the next Trilogy!

So, so far EVERYONE rejected the idea of directing such movie. JJ Abrams did it because he was faithful to Star trek, Jon Favreu wouldn't do it cause he doesn't think he's up for it, Steven Spielberg CAN'T cause he'll turn it into Future Indiana Jones and Guillermo Del Toro won't do it....cause he doesn't do anything that isn't his.

So, who will do it? No idea...no one willing to. But don't fret...there will be an overly proud director coming along who will RUIN the whole Trilogy...no worries. But seriously do we need more? Maybe. Maybe if it's interesting and it's got something to say, something new without Vader. Possible? Maybe. But it should be taken with EXTREME caution. As Mickey Mouse might appear.

So far, I don't even like the idea of a new Trilogy and the release date....GOD....so soon? Y'all crazy? Anyway, seems all the Directors know it's impossible to do this in a short time and make it great so I'd say....Give It Up!

Do you agree? Or if not? Who do you like as Director and where should the story go?

In a galaxy far far away....there was no one to helm a seventh movie.
